The problem

Two sites that worked, but didn’t convert.

moscowtrans.ru and techperevod.com had been online for years and brought in visits, but the technical base was dated: pages slow to load, a rough mobile experience and a service structure where visitors struggled to understand what to order and how. The traffic was there; the quote requests, much less so.

The risk in a rebuild like this is always the same: redo everything and lose the search-engine ranking earned over years. That wasn’t an option.

We rebuilt both sites from scratch: new design, a mobile-first experience and a service structure that finally reads clearly. The page addresses and the content that drove traffic stayed in place, so the search engines never lost the thread.
