The problem
The TMS lives in the browser, but clients and translators are on their phones.
The group’s TMS handles everything — orders, clients, translators, invoices — but it is built for work at a desk. Anyone who just needs to check a status or reply quickly is almost always on the move, phone in hand.
On a phone, logging into the back office is friction: notifications sent a link to the site where you still had to sign in. What was needed was a way to open the order in one tap, right where the team already chats every day.
Our answer
The TMS inside Telegram, with nothing to install.
We built a Telegram Mini App on the @massimoalefBot bot: orders open right inside the chat, access is automatic, and from a notification you reach the right screen in a single tap. It is the channel for short actions — the heavy work stays in the full TMS.

How it’s built inside
No new app: the same TMS, another way in.
The Mini App is the same frontend as the TMS, with a dedicated way in through Telegram. It reuses the same endpoints and the same role checks as the back office: no new permissions, no shortcuts. Access starts from the data Telegram signs for every user, validated on our backend.
The phases
One role at a time, in two weeks.
First the foundations — the entry point and the Telegram login — then one role at a time, so each phase delivers something usable. The same method we use to bring clients’ projects online.
